Welcome to TBA Link, the award-winning Internet site of the Tennessee Bar Association. The TBA is a voluntary bar association with more than 9,000 members who share in a commitment to the justice system and to the legal profession.

TBALink provides information to the public about laws and the courts of the State of Tennessee and facilitates the sharing of information among our members. While the association cannot provide specific legal advice through this process, we do hope that we can help you answer general questions about the legal system.

In our section devoted to the public, we offer information about specific legal topics, links to legal referral services, member web sites and legal aid offices, resources for teachers and students on our TnCivics section and more.

Members can check out TBA Today to get the latest updates on recent appellate court rulings, and visit TennBar University for online continuing legal education courses that let you earn CLE credit in the comfort of your own office or home. We also have a full slate of courses that are offered live across the state if you prefer to earn continuing legal education credit in a more traditional manner.

You can also read the Tennessee Bar Journal online, register for events and continuing legal education courses, search the TBA membership database, as well as databases of past appellate court decisions or Tennessee Bar Journal articles. In addition, you can sign up to receive our daily TBA Today electronic newsletter or perform unlimited legal research at no cost through our Fastcase member service.

And if you've forgotten your password — or haven't signed up for one — you can now get that information online.
