Part 7 - Hotel Information

Host hotel for the 2008 TBA Convention will be the charming Clarion Inn & Suites hotel, ideally located in downtown Gatlinburg, just one block from the Gatlinburg Convention Center — where most convention sessions will be held — and only 100 yards from the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Special TBA Convention Rate
Make your reservation now to beat the crowds and take advantage of the Special TBA Rate of $124 per night for double queen, single queen or single king units (occupancy up to four people). This special rate will not be available after May 21.

For reservations call (800) 933-0777 and note that you will be attending the Tennessee Bar Association annual convention.

For more information on the Clarion Inn & Suites hotel visit the hotel's web site.

Part 8 - Cancellation information

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received up until 4 p.m. Central time three days prior to the convention will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. A substitute may attend for someone unable to do so. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 4 p.m. two days before the convention or for "no shows." Note: In the unlikely event that there are not enough pre-registrants to justify the expense and time of speakers, this convention will be canceled by the TBA. If cancellation is necessary, all those who pre-register will be notified of the cancellation and complete refunds will be given.

NOTE
Materials: Publication of materials is based on the amount of advance registrations. It is possible that those who register on the day of the convention may not receive materials at the time of registration. Materials will be mailed upon request following the convention to those who may not otherwise receive them.

Priority Given to Pre-Registrants: Those who register in advance will be given priority on the days of the convention where seating and materials are concerned.
