curricular areas. All positions are tenure track. The Appalachian
School of Law is located in the scenic mountainous region of
southwest Virginia, within a short drive of Kentucky, Tennessee,
West Virginia and North Carolina. The area is experiencing
tremendous growth, with a new town center under construction and a
new College of Pharmacy complementing the Law School in this
burgeoning academic community. All aspects of the Law
School’s academic program—from the structured
