(Johnson), for the alleged wrongful termination of her
employment with South Central Human Resource Agency
(SCHRA).  The Chancery Court for Bedford County dismissed

executive and deputy directors, Roy Tipps and John Ed
Underwood, Jr., respectively.

interpleader in the Chancery Court for Davidson County.  It

Webb ("Ms. Webb"), and defendant/appellant, Vicky Austin
Lancaster ("Mrs. Lancaster"), claimed the proceeds of an
insurance policy which covered the life of decedent,
Charles S. Lancaster.
