First Paragraph:
This WorkersÕ compensation appeal has been referred to the Special
WorkersÕ Compensation Appeals Panel in accordance with Tennessee Code
Annotated ¤ 50-6- 225(e)(3) for hearing and reporting of findings of
fact and conclusions of law. A court- approved settlement limited the
employee to authorized, reasonable and necessary medical expenses
resulting from the employeeÕs injuries for a period of two years from
the settlement. The employee appeals the trial courtÕs denial of his
Motion for Relief from Order seeking relief from the order approving
the settlement, pursuant to Rule 60.02, of the Tennessee Rules of
Civil Procedure. We affirm the trial court and dismiss the appeal.
