First Paragraph:
The Defendant, who was charged with vehicular homicide and failure to
yield right of way, filed a petition for writ of certiorari to review
district attorney's denial of pretrial diversion. The trial court
found that district attorney general did not abuse his discretion in
denying pretrial diversion. We affirm the judgment of the trial
court.
