Welcome to the Tennessee Bar Center located in downtown Nashville at 221 Fourth Avenue North.

Parking for the Tennessee Bar Center is available at the Commerce Street Garage at the corner of Commerce Street and Third Avenue.

The following directions will help you get to the center whether you are arriving in Nashville by automobile or airplane.

Directions to the Commerce Street Garage
From I-40 Westbound
Take the 2nd and Fourth Avenue exit from the Interstate (Exit 210C). Proceed up 2nd Avenue to Commerce Street, turn left. Go 1 block, just past Third Avenue, turn right into the second Commerce Street Garage Entrance.

From I-40 Eastbound
Exit Church Street. Turn left onto Church Street. Turn right onto Fourth Avenue. Turn left onto Commerce Street. Turn left into the first Commerce Street Garage entrance.

From I-24 Westbound
Follow signs to I-40 West.
Follow directions From I-40 Westbound (above).

From I-24 Eastbound and I-65 Southbound
Exit onto Exit #85 (James Robertson Parkway). Turn right off the exit ramp onto the parkway. Proceed over the Victory Memorial Bridge. Turn left at the third stop light onto Fourth Avenue. Turn left onto Commerce Street. Turn left into the first Commerce Street Garage entrance.

From I-65 Northbound
Follow signs to I-40 East.
Follow directions from Interstate 40E (above).

Arriving by plane?
If you're driving in from the airport, take I-40 Westbound to downtown Nashville. To get to the Commerce Street Parking Garage, take the 2nd and 4th Avenue exit from the Interstate (Exit 210C). Proceed up 2nd Avenue to Commerce Street, turn left. Go 1 block, just past Third Avenue, turn right into the second Commerce Street Garage Entrance.
If you don't have a car, take the airport shuttle to the Downtown Courtyard by Marriott, which is at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Church Street, about 1/2 block from the Tennessee Bar Center. To get the shuttle, go to the Gray Line ticket booth on Level 1 of the airport. $11 one way, $17 round-trip, 615.275.1180.

Directions for getting around downtown Nashville
To walk to the Bar Center from the parking garage: Take the elevator to the third floor, turn right out of the elevator to the walkway, which will lead you to Fourth Avenue. Turn right onto Fourth Avenue, walk 1-1/2 blocks, and the Bar Center will be on your left. Your parking ticket can be validated by our receptionist on the fourth floor.
