Rule 9 Changes Explained at CLE Friday

New disciplinary rules adopted by the Tennessee Supreme Court take effect Jan. 1. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn what the changes mean for you and your practice at a CLE this Friday in Nashville. Join Marisa Combs and Hugh Kendall, co-chairs of the TBA subcommittee that played a large role in putting together the “receiver attorney” provisions adopted by the court, and Brian S. Faughnan, chair of the TBA Ethics Committee, for a guided tour of what’s new, what’s unchanged and what may continue to be controversial going forward.
