ORDER

On November 28, 2000, this Court entered an order soliciting written comments from the bench, bar and public to the petition filed by the Tennessee Bar Association seeking the adoption of proposed new Rules of Professional Conduct to replace the present Code of Professional Responsibility set forth in Rule 8 of the Tennessee Supreme Court Rules. The deadline for comments is presently April 30, 2001.
In the interest of providing sufficient time for the filing of written comments, it is ORDERED that the comment deadline is hereby extended to June 30, 2001. The Tennessee Bar Association, as the petitioner, shall have sixty (60) days after the expiration of the deadline in which to file a response to the written comments.
