The presentation will include analysis of the majority opinion, concurrence, and the dissenting opinions. We will also discuss the legal standard and types of class actions in federal court; evidence needed to establish a class moving forward; as well as long term implications of the Wal-Mart v. Dukes on employment discrimination class actions.
