Mediation in Juvenile Court

This program will review the role of mediation in juvenile court matters. We will discuss the process including referrals, funding, forms, and filings as well as general case scenarios. From what type of juvenile court matters can be mediated to the responsibility and role of the mediator, mediation can be a useful tool for bringing parties to a resolution involving children that takes into account the needs of individuals when children are involved.
