Business Law Seminar (Live Program)

The Business Law Section of the TBA is please to present a 3 hour seminar that will discuss the adopted 2012 amendments to the Tennessee Business Corporation Act effect January 1, 2013. Discussion will include the following: action by written consent of less than all shareholders; mergers and conversions of entities, conflict of interest standards for directors and officers, and electronic notices and electronic signatures. This program will aslo cover legislative proposals and discuss the adopted revisions to Article 9 of the UCC that will go into effect July 1, 2013.
