Challenging the DCS Indication Process (Online)

In Tennessee, the Department of Children’s Services maintains a confidential database containing the names of men and women whom the Department has found to be indicated for child abuse. If a person works or volunteers with children, an indication could have a terrible impact on their lives. This CLE will be focused on the processes involved in indications and how to defend these types of cases.
