This three-hour seminar will provide attorneys who practice regularly before administrative agencies as well as those who have only the occasional matter before an administrative agency with an informative overview of the declaratory order proceeding provided under the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act. The program will feature expert panelists involved in all stages of the proceeding, from the activities that occur when an agency is first petitioned for a declaratory order, to the hearing itself, and finally to the Chancery Court's consideration of a petition for declaratory judgment.
