This second offering in the Young Lawyers Division's skills webcast series will focus on how to improve outcomes in litigation. Like most things, successful litigation is the result of preparedness and knowing what is going on. But early case assessment and case management also are critical aspects of achieving better results for clients. This session is designed to give an overview of the steps for effective case management, and how to avoid the common pitfalls that plague case management.
