The first of four webcasts being presented in March by the Young Lawyers Division, this session will explore how to translate a business deal into a contract -- a critical skill often overlooked in law school curriculum. This session will focus on the basics of contract drafting considerations and techniques including representations and warranties, covenants, as well as the role of amendments, waivers and other miscellaneous aspects of contracts.
