This session will review the newly Revised Tennessee Captive Insurance Act, which deals with insurance companies formed by the businesses for which they provide insurance (hence the term "captive"). We will discuss the types and forms of captive insurance companies, the permitted lines of insurance, and the range of structures and situations where a captive insurance company can be used.
