This program will address the questions of: - What reasonable accommodations the EEOC now requires employers to make for employees with disabilities - When the EEOC says a "reasonable factor other than age" defense is available for employers to use when making employment decisions which adversely impact employees who are age 40 and older and - How the EEOC allows employers to use an applicant's criminal history in making hiring decisions
