Stan Graham

Stan Graham is a partner at Waller Lansden and past-Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice. He has since 1996 represented management exclusively in all aspects of employee relations, including trial, litigation, arbitration, and day-to-day counseling.

Graham has successfully defended claims brought under the full range of workplace laws,  including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Civil Rights Acts of 1866 and 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, and the civil rights laws of Indiana, Florida, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Tennessee.   He also has broad experience in ERISA litigation, noncompete disputes, medical peer review actions, drug testing and medical inquiries, and business disputes.
