David Veile

An attorney in the Lebanon firm Lowery, Lowery & Cherry PLLC David Veile attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he obtained his B.A. in Foreign Language/Spanish in 1998. He received his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the practice of law.

Veile is a member of the Nashville, 15th Judicial District, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. He currently serves on the Board of Delegates for the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division as Vice President and will ascend to President of that organization in 2012.

Veile is certified as a Police Instructor by the Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission. He was Law Instructor at the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department Training Academy from 2002-2004, where he taught Criminal Statutory Law, Criminal Procedure, and Constitutional Law. He formerly served as a police officer and sergeant with the Metropolitan Nashville Police department.
