LAWPAC is a non-profit, non-partisan statewide political action program that is funded through individual contributions from attorneys throughout Tennessee.

Contributions will, in turn, be made to the campaigns of those candidates who have demonstrated an interest in preserving the legal profession in this state.

LAWPAC is the only political action committee in the state that represents all areas of law practice. LAWPAC is interested in the broad scope of the legal profession and support is given to candidates who are concerned about measures that can be detrimental — or helpful — to the preservation of our profession.

LAWPAC contributions are not deductible under Federal Income Tax Laws. As an individual, you may contribute as much as you wish to LAWPAC, however, a professional corporation or professional association cannot contribute.
