The First Annual Forum on Negotiated Outcomes:
An Examination of Applications
Terry Waite, Anglican Church hostage negotiator and Hezbollah hostage will be the featured luncheon speaker at the Institute for Conflict Management's First Annual Forum on Negotiated Outcomes.
Dr. Randy Lowry, Lipscomb University President and founder of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University ’s School of Law in Malibu, Calif., also will speak about the state of conflict management in American business, religion and education.
Additionally, six separate dialogue sections will address the vital developments in each of the following conflict intensive subject matter areas: business/commercial, employment, religion, domestic relations, healthcare and law enforcement/corrections. Skilled conflict management experts will lead the discussion in each of these critical areas.

Where: Ezell Center on the Lipscomb University Campus
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Credit: Participants in this program will be eligible for CLE, CME and CPE credit.
