Upcoming hearings on Child Support Guidelines Hearings before the Tennessee Department of Human Services will be held to consider promulgation of amendments to its Child Support Guidelines. The rulemaking hearings provide a forum to receive and collect comments from the public on the proposed rules or amendments to rules. An electronic copy of the rules will also be available on the TBGA website.     The Notice of Rulemaking filed by the Department of Human Services on March 3, 2004 has been withdrawn, and a revised Notice of Rulemaking filed March 31, 2004. These Rules are for Child Support Guidelines, and set forth the particulars of the Income Shares Guidelines. The Child Support Schedule (Appendix A) and the basic format of the proposed Rules are unchanged. Revisions appear in the body of the Rules, Worksheets and Instructions.
