Gitmo Detainees' Lawyers Argue Against New Attorney-Client Rules

Guantanamo detainees' lawyers argued today against new Justice Department guidelines that would govern attorney-client relationships. A D.C. federal judge said he was "reluctant" to allow the guidelines change, given the past failure of the government, when left to its own devices, to protect detainees' rights to access the courts.
