Madison County's 1936 Jail Inadequate

Take a look inside the Madison County jail annex, built in 1936 in this video report from WBBJ in Jackson. The annex closed in the late 1990s when the Criminal Justice Complex (CJC) was built, but then reopened in the early 2000s because of overcrowding at the CJC. One of the main problems is plumbing.
