Mashburn Sworn In to Bankruptcy Bench

Family, friends and colleagues gathered in Nashville this afternoon for the investiture of Randal Mashburn as U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee. Mashburn, joined by his wife, was given the oath by the Hon. Keith Lundin, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for Middle District of Tennessee. TBA President-Elect Jackie Dixon (below) made a presentation to from the bar to the new judge.
