YLD Organizational Structure

The Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (TBA YLD) is the state organization of young lawyers. It is governed by a board and its work is carried out through standing and special committees. Young lawyers across the state are represented on the board through 14 district representatives and three regional governors. YLD Invited Guest Program

The TBA YLD Board invites specialty and minority bars in the state to name a representative to serve as an unfunded member of the board. The goal of the invited guest program is to increase diversity among the board and provide an opportunity for young lawyers involved in other legal organizations to have a voice in the state bar association. The following organizations have been invited to send representatives to the YLD Board.
