This year’s annual program will focus on the latest updates in tort and insurance practice. Two sessions will help lawyers get up to speed on where we are with tort revision in Tennessee. A panel of experts will review the past year’s hot cases and Senator Doug Overbey will provide a legislative update. Two bonus features include a session on ethics specific for tort lawyers and a 15 minute review of TBA’s Section website offering practice tips for Tennessee lawyers.
