Between a Rock and Hard Place
TBA convention attendees are invited to join the Bench Bar Committee of the Tennessee Judicial Conference for this thought-provoking and informative look at two current hot topic issues: 1) the handling of matters involving pro se litigants; and 2) our ever-growing sets of local rules of court. The program will consider ethical and practical dilemmas faced by the bench and the bar on each of these topics.
You will not want to miss the opening session of the program featuring a provocative and entertaining mock trial with a cast of star members of our bench and bar. Following the mock trial, a distinguished panel of guests, including members of our state appellate and trial court benches, as well as practicing lawyers from around the state, will answer your questions and provide guidance and analysis on issues raised during the trial.
