• Schools invited to participate
• Schools market program to students
• Schools prepare for summer signup

June 7, 2013
• Employer registration deadline

June 18, 2013
• Employer list sent to schools

June 28, 2013
• Student registration deadline

July 8, 2013
• Scheduler gets resumes from schools
• Packets sent to employers

July 15 - 24, 2013
• Employers select students, and up to 10 alternates, to interview
• Names are reported to the scheduler
• Scheduler reports interview selections to schools
• Schools forward interview selections to students
• Students accept or decline interviews

July 29 - August 2, 2013
• Scheduler makes interview schedules and sends to employers
• Schools send any cancellations to scheduler
• Interview schedules distributed to students through schools

August 23 - 24, 2013
• Job Fair
