Mandy Floyd currently serves a Senior Judicial Law Clerk for Tennessee Court of Appeals Judge Richard H. Dinkins. Mandy earned her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Memphis and graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in History and Economics. During law school, Mandy worked as a legal intern for Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Janice Holder, volunteered as a law clerk for the Domestic Violence Prosecutions Unit of the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office, and served as a Guardian ad Litem in the University of Memphis Child and Family Litigation Clinic. She also served as a Research Assistant in the areas of Business Organizations, Contracts, Corporations, Law and Economics, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to attending law school, Mandy owned and operated an artisan chocolate shop where she oversaw all aspects of the business, including retail operations, production, and brand management. She is also a certified Chocolatier.
