Professional Experience
Ms. Dudek represents clients in state and federal court in all aspects of employment, commercial and insurance litigation cases. In addition to handling a broad variety of general litigation matters, a significant portion of her practice involves representing employers and management clients in employment law matters, including employee counseling and termination, employee training, risk avoidance, and defending employee complaints and claims brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, various other state and federal agencies, and state and federal courts.
