Barry assists in management of the TBA staff and serves as coordinator for the Communications Circle. He also oversees TBALink, the TBA's web site, and TBA Today, the association's daily electronic newsletter. Barry has journalism and political science degrees from Baylor University and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has spent most of his career working in journalism, most recently at The Charlotte Observer.
