As the coordinator of TBA Leadership Law (TBALL), Brittany Sims works with the steering committee to plan and implement a six month leadership training program for lawyers throughout Tennessee who have been identified as emerging leaders within the legal community.  She is responsible for organizing all TBALL workshops/retreats, activities, and correspondence.  Additionally, she contributes regularly to the TBA Today daily electronic newsletter.

Prior to joining the TBA, Brittany worked as a youth program coordinator and completed a one year term with AmeriCorps VISTA. She earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in English from Hampton University and a Masters degree in Public Administration with a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from Tennessee State University.  Brittany is also the assistant volleyball coach at Fisk University.
