I have been a trial attorney in Tennessee for the past 27 years and have been blessed to meet and represent some wonderful people and families throughout those years. During that time, I've been honored to receive several awards and recognitions. Recent Verdicts: Oct 2014: $5,000,000.00 (Davidson County: Medical Malpractice) for wrongful death of 22 month old from undiagnosed Tick Infection June 2014: $2,960,000.00 (Rutherford County: Automobile Wreck) for injuries sustained by Scott Summerville and the wrongful death of Mr. Jackson following a wreck on I-24 in Murfreesboro. (Jackson family represented by Bill Ramsey) March 2010: $22,000,000.00 (Chattanooga - Federal Court: Medical Malpractice) for injuries following a surgery for a broken leg.
