J. David Wicker is licensed to practice law in the courts of the State of Tennessee and in the federal courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee. Mr. Wicker has represented clients in all aspects of trial and appellate litigation in the Tennessee courts, including the Tennessee Supreme Court. He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. He was the 2010-2012 Fellow to the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and is a member of the Leadership Law Class of 2013 for the Tennessee Bar Association. Recent transactions in which Mr. Wicker has served as counsel include the acquisition and disposition of businesses and business entities, employment agreements and non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, real estate acquisition, development and construction loans for, and syndication of, residential housing and apartment developments, financing transactions for business and real estate ventures, and commercial litigation and mediation relating to same. Mr. Wicker also provides counsel to homeowner associations in connection with document interpretation, dispute settlement and litigation avoidance.
