A native of Nashville, Jing Geng is currently a Law Clerk for the Honorable Camille R. McMullen, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, in Memphis. Jing has prior work experience at the Harris World Law Institute, the Tennessee Attorney General's Office, Northwestern Legal Services, and the Federal Public Defender's Office in St. Louis. She has also worked in anti-human trafficking efforts and international human rights law at the Legal Resources Centre in Accra, Ghana. Jing is a graduate of the Transnational Law Program at Washington University School of Law, having earned her J.D. from Washington University in 2011 and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Utrecht University in 2012. She has authored publications in law reviews in both the United States and the Netherlands and was an Associate Editor of the Global Studies Law Review. Prior to studying law, Jing earned her B.A. in Psychology from Washington University College of Arts & Sciences, with a minor in Spanish.
