J. Gregory Grisham, a native of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, has over 20 years of experience in the labor and employment field. Mr. Grisham regularly defends employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation wrongful discharge and whistleblower claims. He also advises and defends employers in Wage & Hour matters and lawsuits, unfair labor practice and union representation proceedings before the NLRB. In addition, Mr. Grisham represents employers in the enforcement of post-employment restrictive covenants such as non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements and is well-known in the region for successfully handling housing discrimination claims for business owners under the Fair Housing Act. Mr. Grisham received his B.S. from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, his M.B.A. from The University of Mississippi and his J.D. with honors from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at The University of Memphis where he was a Member of The University of Memphis Law Review.
