Karen Baim Reagler is the managing attorney of the Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village offices of Baim, Gunti, Mouser & Worsham, PLC. Ms. Reagler focuses her practice on elder law and related matters including estate planning and administration, trusts, wills, guardianships, uncontested adoptions, powers of attorney, and corporate law. Ms. Reagler is admitted to practice in Arkansas, Tennessee and Missouri. Ms. Reagler earned her B.A. (religion) degree from Duke University and her M.A. (Near Eastern Studies) and J.D. (law) degrees from Washington University. She completed her LL.M. (masters of law) in Elder Law and Estate Planning at Western New England University. Ms. Reagler clerked for the Honorable Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. of the Missouri Supreme Court. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Wealthcounsel, and the Arkansas Bar Association (Elder Law, Tax, and Probate Sections). Her article Come Hell or High Water: a Water Regime for the Jordan River Basin was published in the Washington University Law Quarterly. Karen is happily married to David Reagler and together they have two sets of twins ages 7 and 9. In her remaining time, Karen serves on the board of the Leo N. Levi Hospital and Fifty for the Future. She is the chair of the auction committee of the American Heart Association local Heart Ball. She is also a member of National Park Rotary Club.
