I have brought and defended numerous million-dollar property loss claims as lead counsel—from the loss scene investigation, through trial and every stage of the appellate process. This includes a 2011 Tennessee Supreme Court victory in Federal Insurance Company a/s/o Robert and Joanie Emerson v. Martin Winters, a case of first impression that established general contractor responsibility for the work of its subcontractors in Tennessee. My focus is on complex fire and explosion litigation.
