Peter "Matt" Maniatis earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2011 from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law with certificates in International Legal Studies, Civil Law and Common Law, as well as recognition for service in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice. Matt previously graduated in 2008 from the University of Oklahoma on the Dean's List honor roll with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, and attended high school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at the International School of Kuala Lumpur from 2000 to 2004. Matt is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA), including the TBA Immigration Law Section. Matt also assists the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands with providing pro bono representation to individuals unable to afford representation. Areas of practice include: Immigration Law, Deportation and Removal Defense, Criminal Defense, DUI, Divorce, Child Support and Child Custody, Juvenile Delinquency, Adoption, Domestic Violence and Orders of Protection, and Wills.
