Robert M. Holland, Jr., practices in the areas of real estate, high-growth and emerging companies, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, construction, international, and corporate finance. He received a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of the South in 1982 and received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1986. Mr. Holland is admitted to practice in Tennessee.
