In the corporate intellectual arena, Mr. Bradley has counseled clients extensively in the area of intellectual property, licensing and the evaluation of intellectual property rights in connection with corporate transactions. In addition to his intellectual property practice, Mr. Bradley has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including anti-trust litigation and construction litigation.
