TBA Business Law Section
The purpose of the Business Law Section shall be to further the knowledge of its members in the law of the Uniform Commercial Code, banking law, corporate law, partnership law, matters of debtor and creditor relations, and litigation practice particularly related to such law. This section was formed in 2001 by the TBA.
