Locating convicted felony offenders

This online service provides users with the status of convicted felony offenders who are, or have been, under the supervision of the Tennessee Department of Correction or the Board of Probation and Parole.

The information is only about Tennessee felony offenders, so individuals who have been in county or city facilities, but not state custody, will not appear.

This is a service provided by the Tennessee Department of Corrections. The Department hopes that the public (which includes criminal justice professionals of all persuasions) will use the TFOIL rather than calling the Department's central office to find out where inmates are being housed or supervised.

Information such as an individual's current status (e.g., inmate, probation, parole) or parole eligibility is available to citizens free of charge.
