TBA.org > Sections TBA Disability Law Section The Disability Law Section is a valuable resource for Tennessee lawyers practicing in the area of disability rights or for those who have an interest in building a disability rights practice. TBA formed this section not only because disability rights issues grow increasingly important as the median age of the U.S. population continues shooting upwards, but also because a shortage of attorneys trained in these areas and a lack of public information about how clients can find those attorneys combine with other factors to nourish dramatic underenforcement of these laws.
