A CALL FOR NEWSLETTER ARTICLES -
The Litigation Section is currently accepting short (500-750 words) articles for publication in Litigation Letter, the section newsletter.

We are interested in publicizing the results of recent cases that you have handled. We also welcome articles on recent Tennessee, local federal or Sixth Circuit decisions that are relevant to litigation
practice. Additionally, we would like to publish practice "tips" submitted by you and your colleagues. We hope you will share your insights and experiences with the membership.

If you are interested in submitting an article or have any questions, please contact the editor, Doug Janney, at (615) 742-9314, or djanney@manierherod.com.

E-FORUMS & BULLETIN BOARDS -
TBA offers Sections the opportunity to communicate with other members via e-forums (listserves) and/or bulletin boards (postings on web sites). Please let us know if you are interested in being connected to other Litigation Section members across the state via the e-forum - or if you do not want to receive that much e-mail and are interested in the section creating a bulletin board where members can ask questions and receive answers, please let us know.

_____ Yes, I am interested in participating in an e-forum (listserve)
