The Litigation Section is currently accepting short (500-750 words) articles for publication in Litigation Letter, the section newsletter.
We are interested in publicizing the results of recent cases that you have handled. We also welcome articles on recent Tennessee, local federal or Sixth Circuit decisions that are relevant to litigation practice. Additionally, we would like to publish practice "tips" submitted by you and
your colleagues. We hope you will share your insights and experiences with the membership.
