TBASCUS is going to the Martha Washington Inn

The TBA Seasoned Counselors Up to Something (TBASCUS)
will be in Abingdon, Va., October 23-24

The TBASCUS steering committee is excited about the social and cultural opportunity for the fall of 2009 centered around the historic Martha Washington Inn and Barter Theatre in Abingdon, Virginia.

Attendees will arrive at the historic Hotel and Spa at their leisure on Friday, October 23, and take advantage of a number of amenities offered at the Inn or relax and visit with fellow travelers at the TBA hospitality suite.

Saturday morning allows time for attendees to visit historic Abingdon as well as enjoy the Martha Washington Inn.  On Saturday afternoon or evening (depending on the game schedule) attendees are invited to join the TBA Board of Governors as they watch the UT/Alabama football game.  On Saturday evening all will be treated to an evening reception and dinner with the Board, and the final event of the evening – Barter Theatre’s production of the “Little Shop of Horrors.”

TBASCUS offers programs and services to lawyers in the prime of their career.  All TBA members age 50 and up are included as members of TBASCUS. For more information about this or other TBASCUS program, email TBA Programs Administrator Lynn Pointer or call her at (615) 383-7421.
