ThepartiesweredivorcedbyadecreeoftheLawrenceCountyChanceryCourtonJuly19,1995endingatwentysixyearmarriage.Afterdividingthemaritalproperty,thechancellororderedMr.Beechamtopay$10,000asalimonyinsolido,$750permonthforfiveyearsasrehabilitativealimony,$4,612.50inattorneysfees,and$786.50indiscretionarycosts.  Theproofshowedthatthepartieshadfourchildren,oneofwhomwasstillaminor.Ms.Beechamworksasaspecialeducationassistantearning$8,770peryear.Mr.Beechamearnsapproximately$37,000peryearworkingforaconstructioncompany.Neitherpartyhasacollegedegree.AtthetrialMs.BeechamprovedspecificactsofcruelandinhumantreatmentandanadulterousaffairbyMr.Beecham.@ II.   Mr.Beechamconteststhealimonyaward.Asnoted,thetrialjudgeawarded$10,000asalimonyinsolidoand$750permonthasrehabilitativealimonyforfiveyears.Weagreethatthealimonyinsolidoawardshouldbereversed.  Ms.Beechamwasawardedthemajormaritalasset,thehomeoftheparties.AsidefromMr.Beechamspensionplans,whichhecannotbegintodrawfromuntilhereachesagesixtyfive,theonlyassetsawardedtohimweresomeoldautomobiles,somefarmequipment,a1992Thunderbird,anda1992Mustang.Althoughthetwolatemodelcarswereofsomevalue,Mr.Beechamtestifiedwithoutcontradictionthattheybelongedtotwoofhischildren.Mr.Beechamadmittedthathisnamewaspreviouslyonasavingsaccountcontaining$11,854.10,buthetestifiedthatitbelongedtooneofhischildren,andthetrialjudgedidnotdealwithitinthefinaldecree.ThetrialjudgedidfindthatMr.Beechamhadfailedtoaccountforhisincomeforthepastseveralyears;Mr.Beechamsaidonlythathehadspentitontires,cars,andautomobiles.Nevertheless,thereisnospecificpropertyofasubstantialvalueoutofwhichwecouldmakea$10,000awardtoMs.Beecham.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.365102.Anawardofalimonyinsolidoshouldnotbeawardedoutoftheexpectationoffutureearnings.Aleshirev.Aleshire,642S.W.2d729(Tenn.App.1981).  Otherwise,wethinktherehabilitativealimonyawardwaswithinthetrialjudgesdiscretionandshouldbeaffirmed.@ III.   Mr.BeechamalsoconteststheawardofattorneysfeestoMs.Beecham.OnappealhearguesthattheawardwastoohighandthatMs.Beechamhadnotshownanyneedfortheadditionalformofalimony.However,thiscourthasheldthat [t]heamountofalimonyandcounselfeestobeawardedinadivorcesuitislargelyinthediscretionofthetrialjudgeandtheappellatecourtswillnotinterfereexceptuponaclearshowingofabuseofsuchdiscretion.Crouchv.Crouch,53Tenn.App.594,605,385S.W.2d288,293(1964).  AtthebeginningofthetrialMs.Beechamsattorneysubmittedanaffidavitshowinghehadspent30.75hoursonthecaseuptothatpoint.Thetrialjudgeawardedafeeof$4,612.50inadditiontothe$375.00awardedatthependentelitehearing.TakingintoaccountthefactorslistedinD.R.2106oftheCodeofProfessionalResponsibilityandthereluctanceoftheappellatecourtstointerferewiththeallowanceofattorneysfeesbythetrialcourts, unless...someinjusticehasbeenperpetrated,Connersv.Conners,594S.W.2d672(Tenn.1980),wethinktheamountoftheawardshouldnotbedisturbed.  Astothequestionofneed,wethinkthatfacthasbeenadequatelyestablished.Withoutthe$10,000awardofalimonyinsolido,Ms.Beechamdidnotreceiveanyliquidassetsexcepthercheckingaccountcontaining$200.Therefore,wethinkthetrialjudgeactedproperlyinawardingtheattorneysfeesinthiscase.@ IV.   Mr.Beechamalsoconteststheorderrequiringhimtopaythe1994taxesonthepartieshome,topayonehalfofMs.Beechamscarnote,andtopayacourtreportersfeeandanappraisalfeeasdiscretionarycosts.SeeRule54.04(2),Tenn.R.Civ.Proc.Withouttakinguptheitemsseparatelywethinkthecourtactedwithinitsdiscretion.SeeLockv.NationalUnionFireInsuranceCo.,809S.W.2d483,489490(Tenn.1991),foradiscussionofRule54.04.
